Location and outside area
This is the ideal villa for outside living; you can cool off in your own private pool with roman steps (7m x 3.8m and 1.3m – 1.75m deep), enjoy a siesta at the shaded veranda or use the barbecue for your alfresco dinners. It will seem that sunny days never come to an end! The villa has a peaceful situation in the countryside, but is well accessed. If you are able to tear yourself away from this relaxing spot, then go visit the beautiful surrounding villages or experience the grandeur of Granada's splendid Alhambra Palace. For nights out, Nerja offers a fine selection of restaurants, tapa bars and opportunities to make a fiesta.
Inside and lay-out
The accommodation is set on one level, with comfortable furniture. The living room has a fireplace, dining table for 6, 2 sofas and satellite-tv. The open plan kitchen comes with a 4 rings vitro hob, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, sharing a full bath room, complete with wc and basin.
Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

We came home today after spending a week in this lovely villa. The villa is in a great location with fabulous views and a fantastic pool to cool off in! The villa was well equipped and a lovely size for 4 of us, the bedding/towels etc were a bit old see more
We came home today after spending a week in this lovely villa. The villa is in a great location with fabulous views and a fantastic pool to cool off in! The villa was well equipped and a lovely size for 4 of us, the bedding/towels etc were a bit old fashioned but that was the only slightly negative thing we could think of and it didn't affect our stay in any way so I feel a bit mean even mentioning it! We were without hot water for the 1st 4-5 days but as soon as it was mentioned to Sergio when he popped in to check everything was ok, he went straight down to the petrol station to buy a new gas bottle. I f we'd have mentioned it at the start he'd have sorted it for us but we didn't so that was our own fault!
Sergio was very friendly and helpful and I would happily go back and stay in his villa and highly recommend it to anyone else thinking of going. All in all, we had a fab |

The location of this villa was ideal, situated halfway between Frigiliana and Nerja. The villa is well equipped but if you like to watch TV and the only language you speak is English you are out of luck. I would suggest you take some dvds to watch. The kitchen was well equipped, but the beds were a little hard. As there is no aircon we bought a small fan for the bedroom at night which was great. The owner told us all we needed to know and left us to get on with our holiday. The pool was great lovely size and quite private. It's only a ten minute drive to either Nerja or Frigiliana. There are some lovely beach bar cafe's heading towards Torrox on the front. I would not have to think twice about booking this villa again as it was lovely.

Maison fonctionnelle avec grande terrasse ombragée sans vis à vis, belle piscine. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage, mais l'on se gare facilement à l'entrée de Nerja.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Wij hebben van 3 mei 2014 tot 10 mei 2014 verbleven in dit huis met zwembad en hebben het hier erg naar onze zin gehad. Wij waren hier met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 8 en 10.Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergsee more
Wij hebben van 3 mei 2014 tot 10 mei 2014 verbleven in dit huis met zwembad en hebben het hier erg naar onze zin gehad. Wij waren hier met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 8 en 10.Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen. Veel privacy aan alle zijden.
De kinderen hebben erg genoten van het zwembad. Het zag er allemaal goed uit. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug. Voor de eigenaar kan ik een tip geven om WIFI aan te leggen. Verder geen opmerkingen. Alleen maar TOPS !! |

We zijn hier 2 weken geweest! Prachtig huisje met alles erop en eraan! Heerlijk zwembad, wat gezien de temperatuur(30+) ook wel echt nodig was. Goed contact met de verhuurder.echt een aanrader! Ondanks dat er geen airco aanwezig is, met de waaiers prsee more
