This is a well furnished, modern villa set in an elevated position, boasting splendid views to the sea across the countryside down to the Mediterranean sea. Torrox Pueblo (6,5 km) can be reached within a ten minute drive offering a selection of shops, restaurants and tapas bars, while the beaches Torrox Costa are just a fifteen minute drive.
Location and outside area
Outside, a covered terrace overlooks your private pool (8x4m) - imagine the magnificent views while dining alfresco at your verandah! At the sun terrace you will find patio furniture, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. The location of the villa is rural, yet only fifteen minutes drive from the beaches of Torrox Costa (10 km). The villa is accessed by a 1,5 km concreted track and located at 6,5 km from Torrox and 9 km from Cómpeta, a typical white village famous for its' sweet Moscatel wine. It's worth to make a trip into the mountains to see more of these hillside villages of the Axarquia or travel along the coast road towards Almería enjoying splendid views from beautiful coves with hidden beaches.

With all rooms all rooms set on the ground floor, this is a very well furnished villa. The spacious living/dining room is decorated with good taste in Andalucian country style and comes with an open fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of three twins and a double bedroom. There is a full bathroom and a shower room with wc and wash basin. A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
