This lovely villa offers a secluded and peaceful rural retreat and is surrounded by extensive almond groves and unspoilt countryside. You will find an attractive south-facing sun terrace around the swimming pool (8x3 m) and a covered dining terrace with barbecue, all with splendid mountain views and distant views out to the Mediterranean. Frigiliana (3.5 km) has several shops and restaurants, whilst the beaches and many amenities of Nerja are approximately 10 km away. The area has a wide range of walks accessed directly from the villa.
Inside and lay-out
Decorated in a bright, modern Andalusian style with colourful tiles and fabrics, this villa offers comfortable rooms throughout. The living/dining room comes with a wood burning stove, basic satellite TV, DVD and CD player. From here patio doors open onto the shaded terrace and pool area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with steps leading down to the pool area. One additional shower room and another bathroom make this accommodation complete.
