Holiday home with WIFI in Frigiliana, Malaga

This small, welcoming cottage is located in a residential area called "Cortijos de San Rafael", in between the popular seaside resort of Nerja and the unspoilt village of Frigiliana (1,5 kms). The house enjoys a quiet location, yet is within easy reach of the road between Nerja and Frigiliana. The private pool has an eco-friendly purification system. Air conditioning and wifi internet is provided!

The entrance to the house is via a spacious, sunny patio which is made of hand-crafted bricks. It is full of flowerpots and there is a little garden on the right hand side. The wooden door (which is painted blue to match the window frames for a truly Mediterranean feel) leads to the dining room, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. A large glass door leads to spacious terrace with patio furniture and barbecue. The terrace is covered by a pergola and you will enjoy with nice views towards the sea, the countryside and the mountains. The position of this terrace is ideal both for summer and winter stays. The private pool (6m x 3m x 1.4/1.8 deep) is equipped with a chemical-free, ionization system, friendly for skin and environment! At the end of the pool there is a beautiful hand-made mosaic, created by a local artist. Its' theme and name is SOL (sun). The outdoor furniture consists of sun loungers, a table and a large sun shade.

The dining room, with its table and four chairs, has views of the patio at the entrance. In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa, a practical, comfortable armchair, a coffee table and a sideboard with TV (English channels are available), DVD & CD/radio (with a selection of films and music. There is also a wood-burning stove. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed is of particular interest with its original headboard, created by a local artist using iron forged by hand, wood and precious stones. The room is filled with light through the window that looks out onto a private area on the outside of the house with an old carob tree (a protected species native to the area). The main bedroom leads on to a twin bedroom, complete with a bedside table, a large wardrobe and a book case with books in English and Spanish. We'd like to emphasize that the second bedroom is only accessible via the main bedroom which makes the cottage especially suitable for parents with children. The window in the second bedroom has a similar view to that of the main bedroom. The practical and well-equipped kitchen consists of a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, butane gas hob, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, extractor hood, smoke detector, juicer and everything you need for your holiday enjoyment.
The bathroom is decorated with hand finished tiles and consists of a wash basin, toilet and shower (and a hair dryer). The water is heated by solar panels. The washing machine is place in a utility room. The cottage also some attractive extra%u2019s such as air-conditioning (hot & cold), a safe box and broadband internet access for guests who bring their own lap top (no extra charge). In addition, our guests also have a designated private parking space.
