If you are looking for a villa close to the town centre and the beach, then this may be the right choice. This comfortable villa is located in the Exotica area of Nerja just a short drive from the town centre and the beach. Well appointed throughout, offering spacious accommodation, this is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. Outside, a delightful covered terrace overlooks the pool and offers wonderful views of the countryside, the mountains, and the Mediteranean coastline.
Location and outside area
The Exotica area holds the middle between a rural and urban location, enjoying the best of both worlds. From the pool, the villa looks out over the countryside below with avocado, olive and citrus fruit trees. The views to the south are out to Nerja with the Mediterranean behind. All together, a very convenient location at a 5 minute drive from the town centre of Nerja (2,2 km) and the beaches . If you prefer to leave the car at home, then you can easily walk to a supermarket (Lidl) at 800m and to the restaurant of Hotel Almazara at 1,2 km. The access to the villa leads through a lawned garden, from where the villa is accessed on the first floor. The pool (7m x 3m; 1,40m - 1,80m deep) is set on ground floor lower level and surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun and shade, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. On the first floor you will find a covered terrace with panoramic views, ideal for dining al fresco!

The villa is set on three levels; the front door is on the first floor.
On the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen gives access to the pool area. The kitchen on this floor is ideal for catering whilst you barbecue by the pool; the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a 4 ringed vitro hob, oven, washing machine, and breakfast bar. You will find two bedrooms on this floor (one twin and one double) and a spacious bathroom featuring an over bath shower, additional shower, single washbasin, and bidet.
On the first floor is the main dining/living room with sofas, dining table, satellite-TV, and DVD. The second kitchen is semi-independent and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a 4 ringed vitro-hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms on this floor and a good size bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, a single washbasin, and a bidet.
The second floor comes with another double bedroom and a bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, single washbasin, and bidet.
Notes:
- The whirlpool visible on one the pictures is placed out of order as it proved to be too fragile for children’s hands (i.e. you can still use it but without the bubbles!).
- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

We stayed as a group of 2 families, with children aging between 3 and 16. The house was perfect, clean with more than enough space. The 2 kitchens and 2 living spaces meant that we never felt like we were getting on each others way. The pool was great, clean but doesn't have a shallow end for small kids so be careful, although it was fully enjoyed by the whole group. Nerja is a 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk and taxis are easy to order. There's supermarkets nearby and a small playpark on the street. Communication with the owner was great. Must say it was a fantastic villa , and everyone really enjoyed the trip. We certainly hope to be back in the future.

We are just back from a week stay in this beautiful Villa. The photos don't do it justice. Beautiful location and setting. Spotlessly clean and well equipped both inside and out. Short walk downhill into town, plenty of taxis available if you don't fsee more

We have stayed at this villa a number of times and this time was just as good as all our other Nerja visits. Full privacy and still walking distance from the town.
No problems with the bookings, arrival, departure. All just fell into place and Ralsee more

I am just back after staying for a week in this fantastic villa and I would recommend it highly to anyone who maybe looking at staying there. I have been to Nerja a few times so I know the town quite well and this villa is located in a great spot, jusee more
I am just back after staying for a week in this fantastic villa and I would recommend it highly to anyone who maybe looking at staying there. I have been to Nerja a few times so I know the town quite well and this villa is located in a great spot, just a 10 min walk downhill into town. A taxi back up is a max of 8 euro. The pictures of the villa are great but the reality is even better, with a great pool area and plenty of room throughout. We cooked quite a bit and everything you need is provided for. There is a Lidl just a 5min walk away which is great value.
So, once again I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to any family or families looking to stay in this wonderful wee town! |

El entorno es espectacular y hasta los vecinos son sumamente atentos y amigables. La comunicación con los dueños resultó rápida y ágil. Realmente es el mejor alojamiento en el que nos hemos quedado, lo recomiendo muchísimo. Todo resultó maravilloso.

Flott villa, større og bedre enn forventet. Bassenget var det beste i varmen. Minus for air condition som vi måtte betale ekstra for, EUR 3 pr time. Og det ble en evig jakt på å få tak i 1-euro. Wifi var også elendig dårlig. Hyggelig Miguel som kom ssee more

Wifi var også elendig dårlig. Hyggelig Miguel som kom sannsynligvis daglig og ryddet basseng og ordnet i hagen, men det hadde vært greit om vi visste når han kom. Ellers var alt rent og pent. Vi fikk nye håndklær og sengetøy etter 1 uke. Men kan alt i alt, en nydelig eiendom.

Tout était parfait et conforme aux descriptifs de l'agence !! Villa magnifique, très propre, très spacieuse alors que nous étions 10 adultes, très complet au niveau équipement. Piscine superbe avec une magnifique vue, on voit la mer au loin !! (juste un peu trop de chlore dans la piscine). Situation au top : Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona à 5 min en voiture, centre de Nerja 25 min à pieds et plage Torecilla idem. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire Manuel (encore un grand merci à lui). C'est une location que je recommande vivement !!!
