The villa provides excellent outside areas: the attractive private pool (4x6m) is located on the back of the house offering 100% privacy and set in a gated area to provide protection for your children. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided. A lovely barbecue area also features a natural oven and is located on the front terrace of the house and complete with patio furniture. As of its' situation in an elevated position, the villa enjoys stunning views. The access to this villa is via a winding concrete track, though not presenting any danger. The town centre and beaches of Nerja are 4 kms away from here, a 10-15 minutes drive. Within a short drive you will also find the picturesque villages of the Axarquía, such as Cómpeta, famous for its orange blossom honey and sweet muscatel wines. The city of Málaga is less than a hour of away and offers the Picasso museum as one of its landmarks.
Note: the motorway that is visible on one of the pictures is located at a reasonable distance and mainly covered by a tunnel. On the front terrace, you may hear unobtrusive traffic sounds. At the pool area and inside the house you will not hear any sounds.

Decorated in a friendly style, this house provides good comfort. The living room and the open-plan kitchen are made with use of pine-wooden furniture and rustic materials. The living room comes with a dining table, 2 sofas, fireplace and satellite television. The kitchen is very well equipped to include a 4 rings ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and the necessary amenities. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin. The second bedroom is a twin whilst the third bedroom has a double bed and a stairs to access the fourth bedroom (please note that this may limit your privacy somewhat). The fourth bedroom is a twin with enough space to place a third bed for a ninth person. The is full bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
