This lovely rural house is surrounded by avocado trees providing full privacy and a quiet, intimate retreat. The beach and facilities are just a 10 minute drive to Nerja or Frigiliana. Inside, it's comfortable and well equipped.

Location and outside area
Located within a private estate of 11.000m2, this rural villa is fully surrounded by avocado trees. Here you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing "away from it all" holiday without having to renounce to go to the beach, shopping or having some tapas at a local bar. You can either go to Frigiliana (3 km) or Nerja (4 km), both Andalucian towns at a 10 minute drive. The shaded porch will be your favourite place for alfresco dining - a barbecue and patio furniture are provided. The house has its own private pool (6 x 4m) and sun terrace complete with sun loungers.
Accommodation and lay-out
Inside, you will feel directly at home with a cosy ambiance. The living/dining room has a beamed ceiling, open fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable furniture. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms (one twin, one double) and a full shower room.
