The property is accessed by a private driveway goes down from the electronically operated gates. For your outside meals, there is a nice and shaded terrace adjacent to the villa, a barbecue is provided. Sun-addicts will love the lawn that surrounds the tempting pool (8x4m), complete with sun loungers. From here, lovely views across the tops of an avocado plantation, out to the countryside and the hills surrounding Nerja. The villa is only a five minutes drive (3 km) from Nerja whilst the Burriana beach is even shorter by (2,2 km). Historic Granada, with its spectacular Alhambra palace, the medieval Albaicín district, shops, pretty squares and palaces is well worth a visit and just a bit more then a one hour drive. On foot, this area is a walkers' paradise; in local bookshops you can buy a little book "Twelve walks around Nerja", by Elma and Denis Thompson. The pretty white villages of the Axarquia and the historic Nerja caves are just some of the excursions to be enjoyed.

With excellent furnishings and all rooms on the ground floor, this is a very comfortable villa. From the terrace the front door goes in to the comfortably furnished lounge and dining room. The large stone fireplace is a feature of the lounge and can be used in the cooler months. There is also satellite TV and a radio/CD-player. A "breakfast bar" separates the dining area from the very well equipped kitchen, complete with 4 rings vitro hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two deluxe bathrooms. There is a safe in the hall cupboard.
