Behind the façade of a traditional Spanish townhouse, you'll find a spacious accommodation with a traditional doors opening onto the rear garden-terrace area where to enjoy barbecue dinners and a private pool (3x5m, deep 1m). No need for a rental car, as you are only minutes walk away from Nerja's playa Calahonda and playa Carabeo. Apart of this, the centre of Nerja offers many tapas bars, restaurants and shops, at a few steps walk. Those who wish to visit the beautiful Andalucian cities can either take public transport from the bus station in the Avenida de Pescia (at 800m) or a guided tour.

The house is divided over two floors, with simple and friendly furnishing, in a traditional style with Spanish floor tiles. On the ground floor, you'll find a lounge with dining facilities and open fireplace. The kitchen is independent and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an extra underneath drawer bed and a full bathroom with shower over bath, WC, bidet and basin. On the first floor there is a second lounge with sitting area from where traditional doors open onto a lovely terrace with sea-views. You'll find two twin bedrooms on this floor and a full bathroom with shower over bath, WC, bidet and basin.
