Villa near Burriana beach, Nerja

Set in the residential Chimenea area of Nerja, this villa offers excellent views across the surrounding resort, over Burriana Beach, and down to the Mediterranean. The villa is ideally situated, close to the centre of Nerja for an easy drive to the town or walking to the beach below.

The villa has a very tranquil setting, at the end of a cul de sac road. On the seaside of the villa, you will find a nice, arched terrace with beautiful views, ideal for you outside barbecue dinners. Sun-addicts will love the south facing sun-terrace with private pool situated on a lower level. The famous Burriana beach is only 10 minutes walk from here (600m) whilst the town centre of Nerja with its splendid nightlife, restaurants and tapa bars is approx. 2 kms away. Those who wish to discover the treasures of Andalucia, have many opportunities, such as the Alhambra palace in Granada, only one hour drive from here. You may also visit the interesting Picasso museum in Málaga or typical villages like Competa, famous for its sweet moscatel wine and orange blossom honey.

All rooms of this luminous villa are set on the ground floor and decorated in safari-style. Furnishing is comfortable, although some pieces look a bit tired. The spacious living room comes with a sofa and 3 armchairs, an open fireplace and satellite tv. A breakfast bar separates the diningroom from the kitchen, particularly well equipped with a cooking island with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A washing machine is installed in a utility room. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed with 2 matresses. A second bathroom is situated near this bedroom.
