Country villa near Cordoba, Sierra Morena

This villa, part of a completely renovated cortijo-farmhouse, looks out over the southern side of the cortijo, enjoying a lot of sunshine. Very well situated near Córdoba, in the lush green Sierra Morena area. An attractive pool area is for shared use with the other villas (see also Cordoba 009/A/C). The villa has independent access and is very well furnished.

Situated at only 19 km from the antique city of Córdoba, in a spectacular landscape, this is the ideal property for those who want to holiday in a green environment, meanwhile discovering the beauty of the Andalucian heritage in Córdoba. The cortijo is set on its own generous grounds and counts 550 hectares of land and borders in the north with the Guadiato river and in the South with a stream, called the 'Porrada of Barazona'. This is a walker's paradise: the owner can provide you with information regards the different walking areas. The villa occupies the southern side of the cortijo and has its own part of the terrace that surrounds the cortijo, patio furniture is provided. On a lower level, you will find a panoramic view point with a shared barbecue area and picnic benches. From here you'll be enjoying gorgeous views over the surrounding landscape. The pool area, finished with nature stones, and its surrounding lawned garden is very attractive and for shared use among the villas.

With all rooms are set on the ground floor level, this is a very comfortable villa, decorated with charm and good taste. The decoration is rustic, with beamed ceilings. The living/dining room has a sofa with two chairs, a television, dining table for four and an open fireplace. The kitchen provides a traditional Andalucian look and comes with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The two lovely bedrooms are romantically appointed, with a bathroom for each bedroom.
