Location and outside area
The village of Fuentes de Cesna is 1,5 km (1 mile) away and to be reached by an unpaved road across the olive groves. The property offers wonderful views on the surrounding countryside out to the borders of the provinces of Jaen, Granada and Malaga. Because of its location, this is an excellent starting point for trips to Granada (90 km / 56 miles), Antequera (64 km / 40 miles) and Córdoba (114 km / 71 miles). The main entrance is through a lovely, grapevine covered patio with built-in barbecue. The ancient chicken coop serves nowadays as a panoramic viewpoint. On the back of the house, a shady veranda looks out on the lawn and private swimming pool of 4 by 9 metres.
Inside and lay-out
The interior of the house is completely restored in its rustic style with terracotta floors, an authentic ceiling with beams and cane and traditional Andalusian decoration. The lounge / dining room, kitchen, shower room and a double bedroom are set on the ground floor. The first floor consists of two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The charming lounge/dining has an open fireplace, a beautiful dining table of ancient wood, sofa, two armchairs and tv. The kitchen comes with a hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
