This villa enjoys a commanding position on a hilltop, in Tamango Hill, a relative new residential area of Nerja. Uninterrupted sea views are yours! The villa has a private pool with a spacious terrace where you can barbecue and eat outside whilst enjoying beautiful views on the surroundings and out to the sea. Inside, you'll find nicely appointed furniture.
Location and outside area
The Tamango Hill residential area is located west of Nerja (3 km); the nearest beach is 1.2 km away, a 15 minute downhill walk—this will be an opportunity to stay in shape during your holiday. At the beach, you will find two beach restaurants, better known in Spanish as "chiringuitos". Nerja and its humming old centre is only a 5 minute drive away. This villa is also ideal for a visit to Granada and its famous Alhambra palace or to discover the traditional villages of the Axarquia area. The Picasso Museum in Malaga is a must-see for art-lovers. In the garden you'll find a private kidney shaped swimming pool and a terrace area with sun loungers, patio furniture, and barbecue. Part of the terrace is lawn, perfect for sun bathing.
Inside and lay-out
The villa provides a quality interior and is decorated with good taste by its' owners. The rooms are divided over two floors.
Ground floor:
The entrance leads directly to a comfortable living room with large panoramic windows that give splendid sea views. There are 2 sofas, a wood burning stove, satellite TV and air conditioning. There is an open plan kitchen, well equipped with microwave, oven, vitro hob with 4 rings, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and convertible dining table (the washing machine is placed outside). On this floor you will also find a double bedroom and an ensuite a bathroom with bath/shower-over, wc and wash basin. The bathroom ceiling is quite low, which can be a bit uncomfortable for a tall person.
First floor:
There is 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom on this floor. The twin consists of a single bed with underneath drawer bed so there is more space if the bedroom is used by 1 person only. A full bathroom with bath /shower-over, wc, wash basin and bidet is also located on this floor. The bedroom that is located on the south has air conditioning.
Ceiling fans are available in the living room and all bedrooms.
Notes:
- The room on pool level is storage space and not accessible for guests.
- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
- Air conditioning is available and optional paying a supplement per week.
- The whirlpool next to the pool is not in use.

An avocado field, situated at the back of the house, ensures your privacy and the splendid front terrace offers impressive views on Nerja out to the Mediterranean. Sun-addicts will certainly enjoy this property for its south facing position. Inside, it’s well taken care of with a Provencal style decoration.

The villa is set in the Tablazos area, midway between Nerja (3 km) and Frigiliana; both towns can be reached in 5 minutes by car. This villa offers the best of the countryside in combination with city- and beach-life. The spacious front terrace is one of its highlights and offers breathtaking views on Nerja and the sea—this is the place where you will enjoy your alfresco meals. A barbecue is provided. The private pool (7m x 4m ; 1,5m - 2m deep) has sun loungers and offers the same splendid views as the front terrace. At the back of the house, the entrance leads through an avocado field; hosts are allowed to pick the fruits for their own use.
From this villa, it is easy to explore the lovely whitewashed villages of the Axarquía-area, for example Cómpeta, famous for its orange-blossom honey and sweet Moscatel wines. The city of Malaga is less than a one hour drive away and worth a visit, whilst its Picasso museum is a must-see for art lovers. Granada with the Alhambra palace and the Nerja caves are two more landmarks among the many Andalucia has to offer.

With all rooms on the same floor and an interior that is well taken care of, this villa offers excellent comfort. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, a dining table for 6, 2 sofas, and satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is also an additional dining/breakfast table in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms (one double and two twins) that share a bathroom and a shower room with WC and basin.

Set in a semi-rural location just 2 km from Nerja, this villa enjoys peaceful surroundings and open countryside views, creating the perfect backdrop for a carefree holiday. Within a short walk you will find a local panificadora (bakery) and two restaurants, Axarquía and Almazara, while a Lidl supermarket is only 1 km away. Enclosed by whitewashed walls, the property offers a pleasant sense of privacy and includes parking space for two cars.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. A spacious terrace surrounds the villa, and the private swimming pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth up to 1.8 m) provides welcome refreshment on warm days and plenty of fun for children. A charming covered arched terrace stretches across the front of the house, while at the rear you will find a barbecue with seating area, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners in the evening. The kitchen, separated from the living area by an American bar, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a four-ring vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full range of kitchen utensils.
There are three comfortable bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—along with a complete shower room featuring a washbasin and WC.

Private, quiet and absolutely stunning views! We were 3 ladies travelling and this space gave us each a bedroom and lots of room to relax. Minor things kept me from rating this a total 10 out of 10. One bedroom had no AC or fan which made it hot asee more

One bedroom had no AC or fan which made it hot and uncomfortable while the other 2 bedrooms had AC and were nicely cool. Also, all beds were the wee twin size, and hard... In a perfect world, us tall North American gals would have loved to have slept in double size beds. However, the villa is fantastic value and close to a lovely beach. We had a great holiday here. I would highly recommend it!

Prachtige wijk tegen de helling van een heuvel. Gaf adembenemend uitzicht vanuit huis over zee en het dal. Zowel tijdens het ontbijt als bij het zwembad. Huis en tuin zijn schoon en prima onderhouden. Dit gaf een passend luxe gevoel. Bergje op is voosee more

Huis en tuin zijn schoon en prima onderhouden. Dit gaf een passend luxe gevoel. Bergje op is voor de gemiddelde wandelaar goed te doen (15 minuten van standrestaurant tot huis). Verder dicht bij Nerja (auto 10-15 min) met gezellige winkels, boulevard, stranden, eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Voor de Nederlander: vrij dicht bij Polopos! Verder liggen Malaga en Granada in de buurt. Kortom; ook een mooi locatie om vanuit wat van de omgeving, de natuur en geschiedenis te beleven. Is ons prima bevallen! In de meivakantie dit huis gehuurd en wat een heerlijk huis! Het uitzicht supermooi en Regine (de gastvrouw) zeer gastvrij en een warme persoonlijkheid. Auto is aan te raden omdat het net even te ver (en de weg naar het huis te stijl) is om boodschapsee more
In de meivakantie dit huis gehuurd en wat een heerlijk huis! Het uitzicht supermooi en Regine (de gastvrouw) zeer gastvrij en een warme persoonlijkheid. Auto is aan te raden omdat het net even te ver (en de weg naar het huis te stijl) is om boodschappen lopend te doen. Er is wel meteen een klein strandje als je beneden bent maar daar zijn verder geen strandtentjes. De gezellige strandtentjes vindt je in Nerja zelf. Daarnaast was alles perfect geregeld door de heer Ralph Delis van Casita Select, het huis , de huurauto etc. Op vrijdag een email toegezonden met verzoek of er nog een huis voor de volgende dag beschikbaar was en het werd direct voor ons geregeld. Dus vrijdag geboekt en zondag zaten we in het huis. Helemaal top! Voor het boeken van een huis en alles wat daarbij komt raad ik zeker Casitas Select aan.

Fijne vakantie gehad in mooi huis wat aan al onze wensen voldeed. Esther, de gastvrouw die ons verwelkomde, was zeer vriendelijk. Het was zeer schoon wat heel fijn is en de tuin was perfect verzorgd, de tuinman hebben we zelfs 2 keer gezien in die wesee more

We hebben genoten in dit huis! Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht op zee is fenomenaal. Buiten alsook binnen, met name vanuit het grote raam in de woonkamer prachtige zonsopkomsten en luchten gezien. Mooie begrsee more

Mooie begroeiing rondom het huis, fijn zwembad en direct een leuk strand met restaurantjes als je beneden bent. Complimenten aan Ralph Delis van Casita Select voor het prettige contact dat we met hem hebben gehad. Absoluut een aanrader!
