This semi-detached 3 bedroom Nerja villa is located in Chimenea, a quiet residential area just north of the popular Burriana beach, a 700 m walk downhill from the villa. The centre of Nerja, a short drive away, offers plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. This villa is nicely appointed and also benefits of air conditioning in the top floor bedrooms.
Location and outside area
Chimenea is in a very sought after residential area, somewhat east of the centre of Nerja. Its main attraction is the famous Burriana beach, 700 m downhill from the villa, where you will find many tapas bars and beach restaurants serving fresh fish and the so called “pescaito frito”, small fried fish. The large Supersol supermarket is another 700 m away, but in the opposite direction. Here you will also find the Racquet Club for those who enjoy tennis, squash, or paddle tennis. The villa has a private swimming pool (6 m x 3 m and 1.10 m – 1.80 m deep) surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sunbeds. There is a barbecue and patio furniture for outdoor dining. Off-road parking is available.
Inside and lay-out
The rooms are distributed on three floors and are elegantly decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a TV, and has a dining corner for 6 persons. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator/freezer. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom for shared use. The third bedroom is a twin and located in the basement, where you will also find a shower room with WC, bidet and wash basin.

Impressive views and excellent privacy An avocado field, situated at the back of the house, ensures your privacy and the splendid front terrace offers impressive views on Nerja out to the Mediterranean. Sun-addicts will certainly enjoy this property for its south facing position. Inside, it’s well taken care of with a Provencal style decoration. Location and outside area The villa is set in the Tablazos area, midway between Nerja (3 km) and Frigiliana; both towns can be reached in 5 minutes by car. This villa offers the best of the countryside in combination with city- and beach-life. The spacious front terrace is one of its highlights and offers breathtaking views on Nerja and the sea—this is the place where you will enjoy your alfresco meals. A barbecue is provided. Beautiful and classic villa in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a hilly, rural and residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars and at 3 km from Burriana beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers a lawned garden with and a beautiful pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a fine villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

Arrived late at night and excellent welcome pack waiting for us, we asked for this due to our late arrival time and everything we asked was there. The villa itself was superb, sun all day, spacious, pool cleaned regularly and beds and towels changed see more
Arrived late at night and excellent welcome pack waiting for us, we asked for this due to our late arrival time and everything we asked was there. The villa itself was superb, sun all day, spacious, pool cleaned regularly and beds and towels changed which surprised us as normally we have washed sheets etc ourselves. Big supermarket about 10 mins away and walk down to beach and restaurants about a 15 minute walk. Some steep hill climbs to get into centre of Nerja but well worth the walk as some brilliant restaurants. Also visited Frigliana and Granada using public transport (main bus station about 20 minute walk from villa). Weather for the 17 days we were there was superb, wall to wall hot sunshine. Only been home 17 hours and missing the heat and chilled out atmosphere of Nerja. And finally the support provided by the Casitas Select team, especially Ralph was nothing short of being excellent.
