If you are looking for a villa close to the town centre and the beach, then this may be the right choice. This comfortable villa is located in the Exotica area of Nerja just a short drive from the town centre and the beach. Well appointed throughout, offering spacious accommodation, this is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. Outside, a delightful covered terrace overlooks the pool and offers wonderful views of the countryside, the mountains, and the Mediteranean coastline.
Location and outside area
The Exotica area holds the middle between a rural and urban location, enjoying the best of both worlds. From the pool, the villa looks out over the countryside below with avocado, olive and citrus fruit trees. The views to the south are out to Nerja with the Mediterranean behind. All together, a very convenient location at a 5 minute drive from the town centre of Nerja (2,2 km) and the beaches . If you prefer to leave the car at home, then you can easily walk to a supermarket (Lidl) at 800m and to the restaurant of Hotel Almazara at 1,2 km. The access to the villa leads through a lawned garden, from where the villa is accessed on the first floor. The pool (7m x 3m; 1,40m - 1,80m deep) is set on ground floor lower level and surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun and shade, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. On the first floor you will find a covered terrace with panoramic views, ideal for dining al fresco!
Inside and lay-out
The villa is set on three levels; the front door is on the first floor.
On the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen gives access to the pool area. The kitchen on this floor is ideal for catering whilst you barbecue by the pool; the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a 4 ringed vitro hob, oven, washing machine, and breakfast bar. You will find two bedrooms on this floor (one twin and one double) and a spacious bathroom featuring an over bath shower, additional shower, single washbasin, and bidet.
On the first floor is the main dining/living room with sofas, dining table, satellite-TV, and DVD. The second kitchen is semi-independent and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a 4 ringed vitro-hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms on this floor and a good size bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, a single washbasin, and a bidet.

Notes:
- The whirlpool visible on one the pictures is placed out of order as it proved to be too fragile for children’s hands (i.e. you can still use it but without the bubbles!).

Only 350 meters from Burriana Beach!
This lovely villa is located in Calle Velez Malaga, a 5-minute walk from the sandy and sheltered Burriana Beach where you will find a wide array of restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and a supermarket. There are several playgrounds for the kids. You may also opt for water-sports such as canoeing or paddle surf!
Location and outside area
Nearby, at the east end of Playa Burriana, is the natural park of the "Acantilados de Maro", a line of dramatic steep cliffs with several secluded beach coves and even a small waterfall. Approaching the cliffs from the water provides unique views of this incredible piece of virgin coastline. If you prefer to stay at the beach, then you must not miss the "pescaito frito" at one of the traditional "chiringuitos" (typical beach restaurant). But it will not be a surprise if you are unable to tear yourself away from the spacious luxuriant gardens (1.000 m2) of this villa where you will find sitting areas on various levels and a good-sized private pool (9x4 m). A barbecue and 7 sun loungers are provided. The villa provides parking for 3 cars. The walk to the beach and its many attractions is only 5 minutes on foot, but if you prefer going to the city centre of Nerja (1.2 km), you may want to drive or take a taxi.
Inside and lay-out
The rooms are divided between 2 levels and are nicely appointed. On the ground floor you will find a hall, a lounge with an open fireplace and a large kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-ringed vitro hob, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher and a dining table for 4 persons. There is also a twin bedroom and a full bathroom on this floor. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) and a full bathroom. One of the double rooms has an en suite shower room. This floor also has a spacious living room with satellite TV and music equipment with CDs. The dining table is placed on the outside terrace, as you will probably not want to dine inside!
WiFi internet is available, free of charge. Fans are available in all bedrooms.
