Nerja - Villa

This stylish and modern villa is located in the quiet residential area of Cortijos de San Rafael, ideally situated between the popular coastal town of Nerja (3.5 km away) and the charming white village of Frigiliana. The accommodation offers a peaceful location in the midst of nature whilst also providing good access to the road between Nerja and Frigiliana.

LOCATION AND OUTDOOR AREA
Access to the house is via a staircase that leads down from the private outdoor car park. The upper terrace next to the villa offers a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding landscape and invites you to relax. For outdoor dining, a gas grill and a practical outdoor work surface with sink and tap are available.
On the lower terrace there is a charming octagonal swimming pool with a diameter of 3.5 metres, surrounded by an artificial grass area with comfortable loungers. For entertainment, there is also a pool table and a table tennis table available, ideal for couples seeking a relaxing holiday between coast and nature.

INTERIOR AREA
Bright, modern and thoughtfully designed, the interior of the villa offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of natural light. The open-plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax after a day in Nerja or Frigiliana. A flat-screen television is available, and large openings connect the interior and exterior areas.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, blender, toaster and citrus press.
The villa features an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

For additional comfort, a washing machine is available in the outdoor area by the grill.

A small villa with incredible sea views!!
This is a charming cottage type villa, set in a stunning seaside location. You will enjoy a bird's-eye view of the coast from your balcony and from the private swimming pool. And it’s just a few minutes walk down to the beach! End the day with a barbecue at the secluded front patio or dine out at one of the lovely restaurants in Maro or nearby Nerja. This is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on an idyllic location.

Location and outside area
Its location is tranquil, peaceful and the frontal sea views are just unbeatable. The adorable village of Maro is a 5 minute drive away, whilst cosmopolitan Nerja is only 5 minutes more. The beach is hidden away from the crowds and remains relatively quiet even in the summertime. At the private pool (3x5 m), situated on a lower level, a sun lounger invites you to lazy afternoons with a good book. For your outside dinners, the front patio with built-in barbecue is the ideal spot.

Please note: a rock slopes down from the balcony and pool area, so younger children will need supervision.

Inside and lay-out
All the rooms of this cottage are conveniently situated one the ground floor. The neat, open-plan dining/living room is very comfortable and decorated in a rustic style with an open fireplace, a dining table for 6, a sofa-bed, an armchair, and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a vitro-hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a complete bathroom with WC, shower, and basin. There is also air conditioning and a safebox in the villa (both free of charge).

A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
