With glorious views across the enchanting landscape and surrounding hills, this is the perfect villa for summer living! The interior has been tastefully furnished with a rustic style living/dining room, a large, well equipped kitchen, and even a jacuzzi in one of its bathrooms!
Location and outside area
Situated in peaceful surroundings, this charming single storey villa is set in a walled garden within a short drive from Burriana beach (2 km) and Nerja's shops and restaurants (2 km). The delightful, garden with lawn features a sun terrace with a swimming pool (8,5 m x 4 m). A pleasant veranda with patio furniture provides the ideal spot for barbecue dinners. Just an hour from here, you'll be visiting Granada's Alhambra palace or the Málaga's Gibralfaro castle. If you don't mind driving, visit the beautiful inland cities such as Seville and Córdoba.
Inside and lay-out
A very comfortable living/dining room is rustically decorated with an open fireplace, dining table for 6, two sofas, and satellite-TV. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bedrooms sleep 6: one double and two twins, all sharing two full bathrooms with WC, over bath shower, bidet, and basin. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi. Each bedroom has air conditioning. A WiFi internet connection and safebox are available (both free of charge).
Note: The swimming pool is heated at no extra cost from September 15th to June 15th. It is optional for the summer, although not required, with a supplement of 150 EUR per week. The pool includes a round jacuzzi area with seating, as shown on the pictures.

Impressive views and excellent privacy An avocado field, situated at the back of the house, ensures your privacy and the splendid front terrace offers impressive views on Nerja out to the Mediterranean. Sun-addicts will certainly enjoy this property for its south facing position. Inside, it’s well taken care of with a Provencal style decoration. Location and outside area The villa is set in the Tablazos area, midway between Nerja (3 km) and Frigiliana; both towns can be reached in 5 minutes by car. This villa offers the best of the countryside in combination with city- and beach-life. The spacious front terrace is one of its highlights and offers breathtaking views on Nerja and the sea—this is the place where you will enjoy your alfresco meals. A barbecue is provided. The private pool (7m x 4m ; 1,5m - 2m deep) has sun loungers and offers the same splendid views as the front terrace. At the back of the house, the entrance leads through an avocado field; hosts are allowed to pick the fruits for their own use. Beautiful and classic villa in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a hilly, rural and residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars and at 3 km from Burriana beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers a lawned garden with and a beautiful pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a fine villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

We had a fantastic stay in the villa. The communication was managed very efficiently by Caroline, who was very helpful. The house in itself has everything you could ask for, is very comfortable and clean (three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen, satellite TV, indoor jacuzzi...). However the main asset of the house is its great heated swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi and beautiful grounds planted with palm trees which our girls enjoyed so much. The only thing is that the road to reach the house is bumpy and narrow and it can be a challenge to find the house the first time, but once more, Caroline was there to help us!

We stayed in this villa for 13 fabulous sunny days. We were a family of 5 adults and the size of the Villa was more than adequate. The views were absolutely fabulous particularly at night when all the lights came on. I cannot fault the Villa in any wsee more
We stayed in this villa for 13 fabulous sunny days. We were a family of 5 adults and the size of the Villa was more than adequate. The views were absolutely fabulous particularly at night when all the lights came on. I cannot fault the Villa in any way as it was clean, spacious, plenty of utensils, great sized kitchen to cook in. The only fault I would have would be the track to it, but having said that, the owners provided us with the number of a taxi in order that we could go out at night time for something to eat and not have to take the car. Both were very helpful and professional in their capacity as owners, they greeted you on your arrival, gave us their mobile number in case we needed anything and then left you to enjoy your holiday. Thanks to Caroline for the bubbly!

We were very satisfied with the facilities and the cleanliness inside the villa, the owners were very obliging and gave us a lift to the town on arrival as the villa was still being cleaned. We were given mobile numbers for taxi drivers to take is isee more
We were very satisfied with the facilities and the cleanliness inside the villa, the owners were very obliging and gave us a lift to the town on arrival as the villa was still being cleaned. We were given mobile numbers for taxi drivers to take is into Nerja town and cannot praise Antonio enough for going out of his way to arrange lifts for us if he or Pepe were busy! The only fault we could find was that all of the sunbeds were broken and so not very comfortable to lounge on. We would definitely book this villa again in the future!

La casa es perfecta, limpia, decorada con muy buen gusto, no le falta detalle, tiene utensilios para todo. La barbacoa es maravillosa y cómoda de utilizar al tener su fregadero y encimera juntos. La piscina es una maravilla junto con el jacuzzi que es muy relajante. El porche es amplio y puedes comer en él tranquilamente relajándote mirando las vistas de las montañas y sus cositas y al fondo el mar. El salón es muy amplio y fresco, junto a la cocina que no le falta detalle. Tiene 3 habitaciones amplias, limpias y frescas. Y 2 baños, uno de ellos muy grande con ducha y jacuzzi. Sólo utilizamos la ducha ya que era más cómodo el jacuzzi de fuera por la temperatura. En resumen todo perfecto y Antonio y su mujer muy amables y atentos. Por ponerle un pero es el camino que es algo incómodo, pero como es un trayecto corto te acostumbras y compensa de sobra con la maravillosa casa. Volveremos alguna vez sin duda.

L''accès à la villa necessite cependant l''usage obligatoire d''un véhicule (2 km de Nerja). Sans être isolée, la villa est excentrée de la ville. Idéale pour profiter des avantages de la station balnéaire à l''écart de la foule. A fréquenter sans aucune hésitation.
