Looking for a villa at just a few steps from all facilities and a short stroll to the beach? This wonderful townhouse is situated in Calle Mendez Nuñez, in the heart of Nerja. This 3 bedroom town house has unique and classic furnishings and decor, giving a traditional taste of Andalucia. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
Location and outside area
No need for a rental car, as you are only a few minutes’ walk away from Nerjas' playa Calahonda and the many tapas bars, restaurants and shops in central Nerja. Due to the high demand for street parking space on this central location, we suggest arriving by taxi. Those who wish to visit the beautiful Andalusian cities can either take public transport from the nearby bus station in the Avenida de Pescia (at 200m) or a guided tour. Behind the façade of a traditional Spanish townhouse, you’ll find a spacious accommodation – from the Calle Mendez Nuñez, steps lead up to the front door which opens into the classic styled lounge/dining area. On the rear you’ll find a relaxing terrace area with a brick BBQ and a table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining, overlooking the private swimming pool (3x5m, deep 1.5m). On the upper floor, the ample roof terrace offers another option for sun addicts to relax and soak up the sun.
Inside and lay-out
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable seating area and a table and chairs with a flat screen TV with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV) and blue tooth speaker. The kitchen is located towards the rear of the villa and fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors from the kitchen open onto a small raised terrace with steps down to the private swimming pool. There’s 1 shower room on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are all on the first floor, consisting of 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a seating area which overlooks the pool below. In addition, there are also 2 twin bedrooms which share an adjacent large bathroom with a corner bath.
On the lower level, there’s an attractive living space with beamed ceilings, a feature fireplace, a second dining table and chairs plus breakfast bar with stools and kitchenette area. This is a great spot for entertaining your party. There is also a WC on the lower level.

With glorious views across the enchanting landscape and surrounding hills, this is the perfect villa for summer living! The interior has been tastefully furnished with a rustic style living/dining room, a large, well equipped kitchen, and even a jacuzzi in one of its bathrooms!
Location and outside area
Situated in peaceful surroundings, this charming single storey villa is set in a walled garden within a short drive from Burriana beach (2 km) and Nerja's shops and restaurants (2 km). The delightful, garden with lawn features a sun terrace with a swimming pool (8,5 m x 4 m). A pleasant veranda with patio furniture provides the ideal spot for barbecue dinners. Just an hour from here, you'll be visiting Granada's Alhambra palace or the Málaga's Gibralfaro castle. If you don't mind driving, visit the beautiful inland cities such as Seville and Córdoba.
Inside and lay-out
A very comfortable living/dining room is rustically decorated with an open fireplace, dining table for 6, two sofas, and satellite-TV. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bedrooms sleep 6: one double and two twins, all sharing two full bathrooms with WC, over bath shower, bidet, and basin. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi. Each bedroom has air conditioning. A WiFi internet connection and safebox are available (both free of charge).
Note: The swimming pool is heated at no extra cost from September 15th to June 15th. It is optional for the summer, although not required, with a supplement of 150 EUR per week. The pool includes a round jacuzzi area with seating, as shown on the pictures.8 reviews -

This inviting villa offers privacy, space, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. An ideal choice for families or couples seeking peace without being far from town.
Set in a semi-rural location just 2 km from Nerja, this villa enjoys peaceful surroundings and open countryside views, creating the perfect backdrop for a carefree holiday. Within a short walk you will find a local panificadora (bakery) and two restaurants, Axarquía and Almazara, while a Lidl supermarket is only 1 km away. Enclosed by whitewashed walls, the property offers a pleasant sense of privacy and includes parking space for two cars.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. A spacious terrace surrounds the villa, and the private swimming pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth up to 1.8 m) provides welcome refreshment on warm days and plenty of fun for children. A charming covered arched terrace stretches across the front of the house, while at the rear you will find a barbecue with seating area, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners in the evening. Altogether, this is a well-maintained villa in an excellent location for unwinding in peace while remaining close to the attractions of Nerja.
Inside, the villa combines traditional character with modern comforts. All rooms are laid out on one level and decorated in a warm, rustic style. The cosy open-plan living and dining area features classic Spanish floor tiles, a brick-built stove, and satellite TV (limited English channels) for relaxed evenings indoors. The kitchen, separated from the living area by an American bar, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a four-ring vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full range of kitchen utensils.
There are three comfortable bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—along with a complete shower room featuring a washbasin and WC.

Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pan etc, though (and this is our only gripe) some condiments, cleaning products and kitchen and toilet rolls would have been nice. Not even salt and pepper? We left a few items which we hope the next occupants can benefit from. Great location with Mercadona supermarket literally 1 minute away and all the nightlife around the Balcon within 5 to 10 minutes. Perhaps a book for visitors to leave suggestions would be a nice addition? Pool is small but prefectly adequate to cool off and sun loungers are provided and pool towels. Outside areas are nicely maintained with both sunny and shaded areas. Bedrooms and main living area have air conditioning, which was welcome at times even in October! Overall we had a lovely stay in a hreat location in a beautiful, well appointed villa. Thanks!

We had a brilliant holiday in Ralph's place. Perfect space for 2 adults and 3 kids aged 9, 12 and 14. Lots of shady spots to sit, relax and read and lots of sun loungers to soak up the amazing weather. The pool was perfect for the kids and they got gsee more

Lots of shady spots to sit, relax and read and lots of sun loungers to soak up the amazing weather. The pool was perfect for the kids and they got great fun from the table tennis too. The best part was probably the location - a stone’s throw from a big supermarket and a lovely easy stroll to lots of restaurants. Ralph was a great host and responded within minutes to any questions we had. A big thanks to Maribel who helped sort a light switch that acted up late one night. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend Ralph's place!

One of the highlights is also the location which could not be any better for exploring Nerja with everything within walking distance including the bus station for trips further afield. Lastly, Ralph was a great host with prompt communication, even getting the villa ready early to make for an even easier check in when our flight arrived. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house is large, 4 floors, very clean and with an added bonus of a private pool, lovely modern outside area, basement with ping pong table, and two roof terraces, so there really is something for everyone. Ralph was really helpful and answered all my questions really quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return, a fabulous week was had by all.

We will return, great for family. We were totally shocked how superb the villa as upon our arrival, my whole family was so pleased to be there, it was so spacious and clean , my granddaughter loved the table tennis table and the pool, the whole villasee more

We were totally shocked how superb the villa as upon our arrival, my whole family was so pleased to be there, it was so spacious and clean , my granddaughter loved the table tennis table and the pool, the whole villa is so well thought out and appointed. The supermarket is only 40 seconds away for all you needs, the seafront and beaches are a 10 and 12 minute walk respectively and getting to the main eating buzzy area is literally a 5 minute walk , what more could you ask for . Out hosts also helped us with the safe and also getting the keys and arranging transport, we really cannot fault the accommodation and the hosts were super friendly.

This is a fantastic villa perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Nerja. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need to have a great holiday. The garden terrace is perfect for relaxing and chatting in the evenings and we enjoyed the tablsee more
This is a fantastic villa perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Nerja. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need to have a great holiday. The garden terrace is perfect for relaxing and chatting in the evenings and we enjoyed the table tennis table in the games room very much. Communication with Ralph was good and getting access could not have been easier. We will be recommending the villa and also, we will use it again when visiting Nerja with friends. There are some wonderful decorations that we found fascinating.

A beautiful, old Spanish town house in a perfect location. Well equipped and plenty of facilities. Spotlessly clean. Good size swimming pool (max. depth 1.35 m) and space to sit and eat outside. It made you feel like a local and not a tourist.
