A luxury countryside villa...
This is a charming and independent villa that is clearly very loved by its owners, Dolores and Sebastian. Once you get here, you will agree that this is not "just another holiday villa". Both the inside and the outside are well maintained and meant for long term living, creating a very comfortable ambience that includes air conditioning and WiFi internet. The beaches of Nerja and the shops in Frigiliana are a convenient 5-10 minute drive away.
Location and outside area
Set amidst avocado and olive groves, the villa nestles on a hilltop in the countryside west of Frigiliana (3 km), offering impressive views on the whitewashed village and far reaching views out to the Mediterranean. The villa is accessed by a concrete track that leads through the lush and green landscape. Frigiliana is an adorable village of narrow, cobbled streets, small squares, and typical Andalusian houses with colourful flowers. The village offers a good selection of shops, tapa bars, and good restaurants. The famous beaches of Nerja are 7 km away.
The villa offers several outside seating areas on 2 levels. On the ground floor level, you can just stroll out the kitchen to a lovely patio corner with a barbecue and dining amenities for 6, a perfect setting to enjoy your alfresco meals or to read a book in the shade. On a lower level, you will find a spacious sun-terrace surrounding the private pool (7x4 m). The garden area includes a small lawn with a fish pond and a little garden house for children. Sun loungers are provided.
Inside and lay-out
The dedication of the owners to the outside areas of this villa is also reflected in its interior. With the rooms divided over 2 floors, this it is a very comfortable spacious villa. The furniture and the decoration are of excellent quality and have been chosen with an eye for detail, creating a homy feeling.
Ground floor:
The living room has been decorated in a classical Spanish style with high ceilings and typical floor tiles. There is very comfortable seating and the open fireplace will warm up the villa on the cooler days in off-season, whilst the air conditioning will be a welcomed feature on the hotter days. Further amenities such as central heating, TV, and DVD player are available.
The spacious kitchen/dining room gives access to the living room on one side and to the outside patio on the other. The kitchen's decoration uses wood and Andalusian tiling and is well equipped with a vitro hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board are in a utility room. On this floor you will also find a shower room with WC and sauna.
First floor:
The master bedroom has a double bed and is particularly tastefully decorated with a beamed ceiling and a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with an over bath shower, single basin, WC, and bidet. The other 2 bedrooms are twins and share a full shower room.

This lovely, rustic style villa provides a peaceful country retreat enjoying stunning views across the countryside down to the coast. Located north of Frigiliana, within a 10 minutes’ drive from shops, restaurants and tapas bars, this property offers a unique opportunity for a lazy holiday at the Andalucian countryside.
Location and outside area
This lovely semi-detached villa is reached via a winding, concrete country lane, and yet it’s less than 10 minutes’ drive from Frigiliana (3.7 km) itself and just 20 minutes from the coast at Nerja and its’ sandy beaches (11 km). Upon arrival, your eye will directly catch the magnificent views out over the surrounding landscape and out to the Mediterranean. The garden is a wealth of flowers, plants, bushes and trees and offers several sitting areas. There is a private pool (4m x 3m and 1.70m deep) and an adjacent sun terrace with 4 sun loungers, whilst the barbeque area is the right place to entertain your selves at night maybe enjoying a sangria under starry skies. A full shower is placed is conveniently placed under the pool terrace.
Inside and lay-out
The villa is comfortably equipped, not luxurious but just correct, with satisfactory facilities. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen / dining room with direct access to a large terrace which makes dining outside easy. The kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, 4 rings gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The washing machine is placed in the garden shower room. The cosy living room is equipped with 2 sofas, open fireplace for the cooler days in off-season and a large flat screen TV with satellite reception.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, and wash basin.

This villa was absolutely immaculate. A well presented, three bedroom villa down a fun dirt track. The pool is absolutely delightful with several comfortable sun loungers and wonderful views over the valley, mango groves and the sea. For kids there is a little playhouse by a pond and a couple of rope chair swings. Outside there is also an outside kitchen, two different dining areas, a hammock and a table tennis table. The villa feels really spacious so it's easy to find some space to chill on your own. The bedrooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds, good wardrobe space and air conditioning. At night it is really peaceful. During the day you have Frigiliana just a 5 minute drive away. Frigiliana is a beautiful white mountain village which is great for walking around, shopping and finding a restaurant with views. Back down the mountain and you have Nerja which has some beautiful grey sand coves with crystal clear water. We also popped to Granada for some flamenco dancing and to see the Alhambra (just over an hour away). We ate out for lunch most days and ate dinner in the villa in the well equipped kitchen at night. All in all a super autumnal trip to a wonderful villa in Southern Spain.

What a beautiful house. Great views and an amazing pool and garden but it’s the lovely energy of the house that wins you over. Charming and rustic but not shabby with a lovely Spanish vibe at every turn. Kitchen is well stocked, beds comfy and AC thasee more

Charming and rustic but not shabby with a lovely Spanish vibe at every turn. Kitchen is well stocked, beds comfy and AC that takes the edge off. Sebastian and his wife are amazing supplying some great local produce and essentials when we got in and showing us around. One point to note the drive to the villa is along a very windy dirt track and in some cases not for the faint hearted. Would definitely recommend a 4 wheel but a study car would also be fine. Frigiliana is a gorgeous town with some great restaurants with stunning views. Check out La Taperia!
