Peace and tranquility are the hallmarks of this rural property, situated at a 10 minute drive of Ecija, midway the historic cities of Seville and Córdoba, two excellent options for a daydrip. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, this house provides a good level of comfort. Outside, you'll find the tempting pool, great sun terraces and a beautiful shaded dining area.
Location and outside area
This cottage is located at 6 km (4 miles) of Ecija, an adorable and bustling town, also known by the nickname of the 'city of towers'. It's the ideal place to 'go local'; with many shops, restaurants and tapa bars. It's also perfectly placed for a day trip to the famous cities of Seville (95 km - 60 miles) and Córdoba (50 km - 31 miles). The real eye-catcher of the property is its lovely pool of 5 by 9 metres (1.10m - 1.90m deep), set in an enclosed terrace assuring complete privacy.
Inside and lay-out
The property is laid out on one floor and tastefully decorated in a rustic style with high beamed ceilings and old farm implements. The living/dining room is very comfortable and features an open-plan kitchen. Facilities: open fireplace, sofa, radio, tv and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom that connects with a twin bedroom (ideal for families with children, but not very apt for couples!). The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a double bed. Full bathroom. Airconditioning is available in the bedrooms and living/dining room.
Notes:
- A WiFi Internet connection is available at moderate speed (free of charge).
- The slide on the edge of the pool you see in the pictures has been removed.

An amazing and well kept house. We had an amazing stay. Lots of toys, a swing, a play house for our kids to play with really helped make them both feel at home so quickly. I made the mistake of saying ""I have the address, we'll go straight to the hosee more
An amazing and well kept house. We had an amazing stay. Lots of toys, a swing, a play house for our kids to play with really helped make them both feel at home so quickly. I made the mistake of saying ""I have the address, we'll go straight to the house"" when talking with Virginia on the phone after landing in Malaga. I called again after ggle maps had taken us to a farmers field on top of a hill on the wrong side of Ecija. Oops. So I would take up the offer of meeting at the meeting place as in the instructions. The street address into maps did not work for us.

Prachtig zwembad met veel ruimte voor zonnen. Ook het overdekte buitenterras is fantastisch. Binnen wat ongezellig, maar matras van de 4 persoonskamer niet fijn. Gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam. We hebben een lamp gebroken maar daarvoor werd gsee more

Les propriétaires sont charmants et sont toujours prêts à rendre service pour faciliter le séjour. déalement située pour visiter les villes andalouses aux alentours (Cordoue, Seville Osuna,...), la maison bénéficie d'un très grand calme en dehors des lieux hyper-touristiques (à quelques chiens pénibles près des fermes voisines). A recommander.

La villa correspond tout à fait à ce que nous attendions, très propre, joliment décorée, parfaitement équipée, la piscine assez grande pour qu'on puisse nager, l'environnement calme et tranquille. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la petite ville d'Ecija, ses ruelles, son musée, ses habitants très accueillants. La situation à mi-chemin entre Séville et Cordoue est aussi appréciable.

Wij waren twee weken in deze accommodatie. Het was geweldig! Van alle gemakken voorzien, een uitstekende ontvangst, en verder een bijzondere begeleiding door onze huiseigenares ""Virginia"". Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr gut! Alles war in ordnung, dat Wetter war auch sehr gut. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Paradies. Wohl braucht man einem Auto, weil das Paradies ist 4 km. vom Stadt. Aber für junge/gesunde menschen ist das kein Problem. |

Nous sommes venus en famille avec 2 adolescents et tout le monde a adoré cette magnifique villa décorée avec goût et dans le pure style andalou. Malgré la saison, les propriétaires nous avaient rempli la piscine (malgré sa température un peu fraîche), ce qui a rajouté une touche encore plus estivale. La ville d'Ecija est très belle et l'accueil à l'Office du Tourisme chaleureux.

Vous aimez : La tranquillité sans être isolé ? La détente et la culture ? Et bien plus encore ? Cette maison est une belle adresse car elle conjugue tous ces éléments. Les photos et le descriptif sont conformes à la réalité. Néanmoins, les propriétaires pourraient prévoir au moins : 6 assiettes identiques, des casseroles en bon état, assurer une nettoyage de meilleure qualité dans la salle de bain. Et, de se déplacer après les courses de notre arrivée tardive du 1er soir (en pleine nuit) lorsque sans lumière sur le chemin nous devions retrouver la villa... Merci aux voisins et le petit Pepe ! Mais, grâce à la gentillesse, le respect et la disponibilité d'Alvaro (le fils de Virginia la propriétaire) les petits soucis se sont vite effacés le reste du séjour. Enfin, 1000 mercis particulièrement pour le professionnalisme de Maria José (Casitas) et sa disponibilité... No le olvidaré. Muchas gracias por todo.
