The perfect place to live the local life... and very near Sevilla!
This is a charming townhouse at 26 km from Seville, in the rural village of Aznalcázar. A private swimming pool is available, making these properties an excellent option to cool-off after a day of discovering the beauty of Andalucia. It's comfortably furnished in a simple, rustic style with the rooms on 2 floors, making this property provides a delightful retreat for a holiday away from the buzz.
Location and outside area
It's the perfect place to live the local life; foreigners are rarely seen and receive a warm welcome from the Spanish villagers. Don't forget to visit the lovely Santa Cruz quarter of Seville 26 km away (16 miles), the wine city Jerez de la Frontera, or the Coto de Doñana National Park, Europe's most important coastal wetland, just an hour away. The friendly owners live in the adjacent villa and are well willing to help you plan a day trip. You can take shelter from the midday sun under the vine-covered patio with a built-in barbecue. The private pool is in front of the villa of the owners but not used by them.
Inside and lay-out
The villa is simply and comfortably furnished in a rustic style. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with an open fireplace, sofa, armchairs, dining table for 6 and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a bathroom on this floor with shower over a small tub, WC and wash basin. On the first floor you'll find 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Both twin bedrooms have a sofa-bed for an additional person (with extra charge). There is a full bathroom on this floor, equipped with over bath shower, WC, bidet, and basin. Air conditioning is provided.
Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Hemos estado alojados en la casa éstas vacaciones de agosto y ha sido genial! La casa preciosa, cómoda y fresquita, que para la zona que está fue bastante importante! Un patio precioso y una piscina ideal. La cocina amplia y una gran nevera. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y los cuartos de baño grandes. Importante su buena situación en la provincia, muy cerca de Sevilla y lo más destacable, el buen trato de sus propietarios, Antonio y Maria. Gracias a ellos fue una estancia inolvidable. Esperamos volver.

Estuvimos alojados en la casa del 28/08 al 03/09. La casa es muy bonita y lo mejor de todo, el trato de los dueños de la casa (Antonio y María). La casa tiene aire acondicionado, patio, barbacoa, se pueden guardar hasta 2 coches y lo mejor de todo, usee more
Estuvimos alojados en la casa del 28/08 al 03/09. La casa es muy bonita y lo mejor de todo, el trato de los dueños de la casa (Antonio y María). La casa tiene aire acondicionado, patio, barbacoa, se pueden guardar hasta 2 coches y lo mejor de todo, una piscina fantástica. En cuanto a la temperatura no tuvimos muy buena suerte porque nos pilló la ola de calor, pero bueno, entre la piscina y el aire acondicionado conseguimos aguantarlo. El pueblo no es muy grande pero tiene supermercados, tienda de regalos, farmacia...
Recomiendo a todos a pasar unos días en ella. |

Casa muy recomendable para visitar Sevilla, Doñana, El Rocio, etc. en un ambiente familiar y con un trato exquisito por parte de su propietaria. Dispone de todo lo necesario par pasar unos días como si estuvieses en tu propia casa.

En nuestro caso no pudimos disfrutar de la barbacoa en el jardín y la piscina, porque el tiempo no acompañó, pero en cambio, pudimos descansar al calor de la chimenea. |

Propreté impeccable, chambres spacieuses et fraîches. Le seul bémol: la cuisine, manque de casseroles et les 2 plaques chauffantes sont un peu insuffisantes, surtout si on est nombreux.
Nous recommandons fortement cette location. La piscine est superbe, les plantes exubérantes font partie du charme de cette demeure. |
