This lovely penthouse is located in the Moorish historic quarter of Frigiliana with restaurants, supermarkets, and tapas bar only a few steps away! On the roof terrace you will find your private plunge pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue, what else could you possibly wish for a perfect holiday?
Location and outside area
If you wish to give your car a holiday then keep reading. This penthouse occupies the full first floor of a Frigiliana townhouse. From your front door you walk out on a quiet pedestrian street down to the centre of Frigiliana where you will find plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, and family-run shops. For those who want to take a dip in the ocean, the beaches of Nerja (6.9 km) are within an easy 10 to 15-minute drive. The splendid roof terrace offers panoramic views over Frigiliana out to the surrounding countryside. On the terrace you will find sun loungers and a dining corner with a built-in barbecue for your alfresco dinners. From here a few steps lead up to your private plunge pool (3.3 m x 2.2 m). Should you wish to discover the beautiful sights of Andalusia, then we recommend visiting the Alhambra Palace in Granada guided tours are available in case you don’t want to drive. The penthouse offers a relaxing ambiance with comfortable furniture. The living/dining area consists of a sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, a wood-burning stove, a coffee table, DVD, satellite-TV (flat screen 32”), and dining amenities for 6 persons. The kitchen is open-plan and well equipped with a 4-ringed vitro hob, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, and a washing machine. A double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower, wash basin, and WC complete this lovely penthouse.

- Fans and a WiFi Internet connection are available free of charge.
- Air conditioning is available in the living room. In order to promote responsible consumption of air conditioning (hot/cold), the cost of electricity is included up to 15 kw per day. If this consumption is exceeded, a supplement of EUR 0.30 per kw would be charged (on departure in cash).

We stayed at the penthouse for 5 nights and had a lovely time. It is set in the old town of Frigiliana, which is a beautiful white Spanish town in the hills above Nerja. The house was perfect for our stay. It consisted of an open-plan living area, encompassing the lounge, dining room and kitchen and then off this was a double bedroom and a shower room. Outside there was an enormous roof terrace, with a plunge pool and several different seating areas, where you could eat, sunbathe or sit comfortably reading a book. The views of the surrounding hills were so pretty and the terrace itself was full of colourful plants in pots, which made it very attractive.
The house was well equipped with everything you could need if you wanted to cater fully for yourself at home but we mainly used it for breakfast and lunch and ate out at various restaurants in Frigiliana or Nerja in the evening. |

Die Lage ist einfach toll und die Erreichbarkeit der Sierra Nevada oder Granadas kein Problem. |
