This is a charming townhouse at 26 km from Seville, in the rural village of Aznalcázar. A private swimming pool is available, making these properties an excellent option to cool-off after a day of discovering the beauty of Andalucia. It's comfortably furnished in a simple, rustic style with the rooms on 2 floors, making this property provides a delightful retreat for a holiday away from the buzz.
Location and outside area
It's the perfect place to live the local life; foreigners are rarely seen and receive a warm welcome from the Spanish villagers. Don't forget to visit the lovely Santa Cruz quarter of Seville 26 km away (16 miles), the wine city Jerez de la Frontera, or the Coto de Doñana National Park, Europe's most important coastal wetland, just an hour away. The friendly owners live in the adjacent villa and are well willing to help you plan a day trip. You can take shelter from the midday sun under the vine-covered patio with a built-in barbecue. The private pool is in front of the villa of the owners but not used by them.
Inside and lay-out
The villa is simply and comfortably furnished in a rustic style. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with an open fireplace, sofa, armchairs, dining table for 6 and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a bathroom on this floor with shower over a small tub, WC and wash basin. On the first floor you'll find 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Both twin bedrooms have a sofa-bed for an additional person (with extra charge). There is a full bathroom on this floor, equipped with over bath shower, WC, bidet, and basin. Air conditioning is provided.
