From one of its terraces you can enjoy glorious country views with mountain ranges as a backdrop. Inside, you'll find comfortable furniture.
Location and outside area
We think this is one of the best kept secrets of the Jaen province. Imagine a quiet hillside location with beautiful views set amidst a small cherry orchard. Then dream about a lovely garden with a tinkling fountain, an attractive private pool (8x4 m), many fruit trees—fig, walnut, pear, and cherry—joining their fragrance to the colourful plants and flowers such as hibiscus, geraniums, and roses. Isn’t that what we are all looking for? To add to the picture, you can enjoy your alfresco meals on the courtyard or on a terrace that overlooks the valley; a barbecue is provided. The house is a 5 minute drive from Torres (5 km), a small village for simple shopping opportunities, a few bars and a restaurant. The town of Mancha Real (15 km) provides you with more facilities whilst the historic city-centre of Jaen (31 km) is a must. You can also visit Granada (103 km) very easily where you will find the nearest airport. Nature lovers will want to hike in the Sierra Mágina Natural Park, famous for its rich olive oil and its mountain peak of 2,167 m.

Although the house is set in a rural area, it is a relatively new construction with comfortable furniture. All the rooms are set in the ground floor. An open-plan living/dining room with 2 sofas, an open fireplace, satellite-TV and DVD. There is a bar that connects to the kitchen area with a gas hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave (no oven), dishwasher, and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and 2 shower rooms (one of them accessible for wheelchairs). Additional amenities: table tennis, mobile electric heaters.
