LOCATION AND OUTSIDE AREA
Looking out on the Cordoban countryside, you will enjoy its secluded, beautiful garden and private pool (9m x 5m long and 1.4m - 2.2m) with lawn. Relax on the sun loungers and read that book you never finished! A shaded pergola is a very suitable place for the outside meals with a barbecue and an oven provided. The garden is separated from the house by a cul-de-sac road that led to the village in olden times. The property is located at only 800 m from Santaella and 35 km from Cordoba.
INSIDE AND LAY-OUT
The adorable former farm house dates of the year 1902 and has been totally restored to its original state by the owner, keeping the traditional and rustic materials, the beamed ceilings, and using old farm implements to adorn the walls. The living room, the open kitchen, and the bedrooms are all set on one floor. The living room has an open fireplace, an old wooden dining table for 10 people, a sofa, a sofa-bed, radio, and television. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ringed hob, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and the necessary furniture. All the bedrooms are decorated in traditional style with Andalusian colours. The master bedroom has a double bed, another has 2 single beds, and a third bedroom has 1 single bed. The bathroom (shower, WC, and basin) is shared by the three bedrooms. The lower floor used to be the stable and serves nowadays as a wine cellar. You can just pick out the bottle of your preference and drink now, pay later. This arched cellar with an open living room and radio-CD player offers the perfect setting to spend long nights drinking and talking with friends or family.
- The 6th person sleeps in an extra bed that can be placed in one of the bedrooms, in the living room or in the cellar.
- There is air conditioning in the living room and corridor that leads to the bedrooms. The cool air of the corridor should be noticed in the bedrooms.
