This stylish villa is ideally located near Palma del Río, a town perfectly positioned between Sevilla and Córdoba, two of the most attractive cities of Andalusia. The villa has a large pool and a big luxuriant garden with lawn. The 2 living rooms and spacious bedrooms will let you enjoy a comfortable stay.
Location and outside area
The village of Palma del Río (5 km) is locally well known for its numerous orange groves growing excellent fruits. The rich sediments of the Guadalquivir river provide the rich soil for the citrus trees to produce succulent fruits. You will find plenty of these locally grown products at the market in the village. Garlic, onions, potatoes, and melons are also widely available. The village is located between the historical cities of Sevilla (79 km) and Córdoba (55 km), but, please, dont miss the nearby cities of Ecija and Carmona. Outside, the villa offers spacious lawn with sun loungers and a large private pool (12x6 m; 0,90m - 2,40m deep). By the side of the pool, you will be able to enjoy wonderful alfresco dinners; a built-in barbecue and patio furniture are provided.
Inside and lay-out
With 240 m2, this is a spacious villa with plenty of space for the children to play. The entrance hall leads to a spacious and elegant living room with several comfortable sofas, an open fireplace, satellite TV, music equipment, and a DVD player. The living room continues into the dining room, which is equipped with large French windows that overlook and open onto the garden and the pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and a breakfast table. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has an en suite shower room with WC, basin and bidet, while the other bedrooms share a shower with washbasin, WC, and bidet. Ceiling fans and electric heaters are available in the bedrooms.
The 2 double bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning.
