Location and outside area
Comfortable and recently built casita, situated at a 5 minutes drive from Coín, a town that's famous for cultivation of all kinds of fruits. The private pool of 4 by 8 metres is surrounded by a sunterrace complete with sunloungers. You can take shelter from the midday sun under the beautiful covered terrace with built-in barbecue area and patio furniture.
Accommodation and lay-out
The accommodation is all on one floor and consist of a lounge/dining room, kitchen and 2 twin bedrooms. The comfortable furniture is well taken care of and create a rustic atmosphere. The ample living/dining room is complete with dining table for 6 persons, 2 sofas, tv and radio-cd. The kitchen comes with a vitroceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Lovely complete shower room in Andalusian style with wc and basin. On request, the beds can be converted to a double bed (please notify upon reservation).
