Villa to rent for 14 persons in Málaga, Mezquitilla

This fabulous villa designed for summer living! Relax on the spacious pool terrace and enjoy one of the best views in the area! Both inside and outside area are very well equipped offering everything you need for the perfect holiday. A sparkling pool, plenty of sun loungers and even a sofa on the terrace so you really can relax in comfort!

The private pool (8 x 4m) is situated directly outside of the villa and is overlooked by both the lounge and kitchen area so you can keep easily keep an eye on whoever is in the pool (a Dolphin Aquasonic pool alarm can be supplied for use with young children). There are sun loungers on a raised area, next to the pool but just out of splashing distance so you can sunbathe in peace! If you like to barbecue, you'll enjoy using the BBQ area with it's two BBQ's, gas and charcoal, sink, fridge and tiled preparation area. The terrace is spacious and has plenty of sun loungers as well as a dining table (seats up to 13), reclining chairs and even a sofa to relax on! Extra tables and chairs can provide extra seats and table space if needed. There are also roll down shades as well as parasols for your comfort. You will find that the outside space has been designed to be both comfortable as well as practical. You can play table tennis or just relax around the pool knowing that the area is private and not overlooked. The large drive has parking for up to four cars and automatic gates for your security. There is also a basket ball net on the drive.
The villa is located on the edge of Mezquitilla, a coastal village and only 40 minutes drive from Malaga on the Costa del Sol making it a great base for anyone wishing to explore Andalucia. The house is only 500 metres from the sea. There is a large variety of beaches nearby all with different characteristics, and a large number of excellent restaurants. For children, many of the beaches have children's play areas and there are even ping pong tables provided! The waterpark is only a seven minute drive away. There are plenty of shops and markets nearby including a shopping mall at Velez, just seven minutes drive.

This villa sleeps up to 10 people in five en suite bedrooms and has a downstairs apartment which can accommodate a further 4 people. The villa has a spacious lounge with sea views and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The lounge has three comfortable sofas, a TV with UK channels as well as a DVD player. There is a breakfast kitchen with patio doors opening out onto the terrace. It is well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge freezers and a separate freezer, so you will have plenty of space to store your cold drinks and ices! There are five comfortable bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and two have twin beds. The bedrooms and shower rooms all have mosquito blinds. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort .
The one bedroom apartment located on the lower level has a double bed and a sofa bed which is suitable for one adult or two children. It is very well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable holiday, including flatscreen TV with some UK channels, books and games. A WIFI internet connection is also available. There are sea views from all rooms except the bathroom. The villa also has a study equipped with a computer and broadband internet.
Note: 2 adults could also us the sofa bed in the apartment but please be aware that it is a little smaller than a standard double bed, which is why we recommend 2 children or 1 adult.
