Country house to rent in Malaga, Coin, sleeps 6

If you are looking for a child friendly property, this Spanish country house may be a good option: both the private swimming pool and garden area are fenced, making it easy to keep the youngest ones under control. Prices are based upon a 4 person occupancy, making this a atractive alternative for a small family (a supplement would apply for the 5th and 6th person)

The house is located 7 kms northwest of Coin (approx. 10 minutes drive), in the Guadalhorce vally, famous for its' many citrus fields. If you'd continue the road, you would end up in Ronda, which is a very nice city for a day trip. Malaga's airport and the sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol are just a half hour drive from here. The spacious outside area of the property also includes a verandah terrace, the perfect place for your alfresco meals. Adjacent, very convenient, you will find an outside kitchen area with barbecue. Sun loungers are available at the pool area. The location provides optimate quietness and looks out over the beautiful surrounding countryside. Please note that the last kilometer to the house is accessed by an unsurfaced country road, in good conditions, but as there are a few holes along the way, it's not well fit for low-to-the-ground (sports) cars.

The accommodation is conveniently set on one level. Its' interior is comfortable and decorated in a classic style. The living/dining room includes a folding dining table for 4-6 persons, sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs, wood burning stove and television. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 rings gas hob, oven and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is located at the outside kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, 1 twin and a full bathroom. Note: A supplement applies for a 5th or 6th person (see below).
