Magnificent villa only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful white and sandy beaches of Conil de la Frontera. This is one of our favourites! The villa has a veranda, a barbecue, and a very attractive pool that can be closed for small children. The interior is very tastefully decorated with good quality furniture.
Location and outside area
This is a peaceful villa set in a quiet rural development of Conil de la Frontera. The beach is 10 walking minutes away, a convenient small camping supermarket even less than that, while the town centre is a 5 minute drive. Because of its location, this is a good option for those who want to combine a sunbathing vacation with interesting trips to the cities of Cádiz, Seville, or the White Villages. The attractive garden with great lawn offers good privacy and is well maintained. The terrace at the front of the property is perfect for eating alfresco, whilst the private pool of 4.5x7 m to the side of the property can be flood lit for night bathing. The pool is set in a gated area, providing extra security for children.
Inside and lay-out
All the rooms are set on the ground floor. The lounge/dining room is very tastefully decorated with good quality furniture, an open fireplace, a dining table, 2 sofas, and satellite-TV. The very well equipped kitchen comes with a vitro hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedrooms are twins. Excellent mattresses and duvets are available for the cooler days in off-season.
