This well restored farmhouse provides a lovely and peaceful country retreat, very well located for exploring the beautiful cities of Andalusia. The magnificent roof terrace offers wonderful distant views of hills and sunsets, whilst the vine-covered terrace downstairs gives the necessary shade in summertime and access to the attractive private pool.
Location and outside area
The property is set on a hill, amidst olive groves, offering impressive panoramic views on the surrounding landscape. Only a 5-minute drive away from the village of Ventorrós de San José for simple shopping, a restaurant and some bars. Thanks to its central location in the heart of Andalusia, the historic cities at hand reach: Antequera - 60 km (37 miles), Granada - 76 km (47 miles) and Córdoba - 129 km (80 miles). The vine covered terrace and private swimming pool of 9 by 5 meters are complete with patio furniture and sun loungers, while the roof terrace offers a barbecue to enjoy your alfresco meals.

The accommodation has been tastefully restored and offers a high standard of comfort and furniture. The charming decoration in Andalusian style with traditional floor tiles and wooden furniture guarantees an enjoyable stay. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living / dining / kitchen and a double bedroom (convertible to twin) with ensuite bathroom fully accessible for wheelchairs. The 4 double bedrooms on the first floor are convertible to twins, each with a shower or bathroom. The living room comes complete with couch for 7, wood-burning stove, satellite TV and radio/CD player. The open-plan kitchen offers a wooden dining table for the 10, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Additional facilities: central heating, iron board, hairdryer, extra fridge/freezer in back utility room.
