Rent a car - terms and conditions

Above car rental rates are including:

- Unlimited mileage
- Full insurance (C.D.W., T.P., P.A.I.), except insurance excess (see below)
- 1st additional driver
- 24 hours road assistance
- VAT 16%

Above car rental rates do not include (and should be paid by client locally):

* Insurance excess according to car rental group (see below)
* Full tank of petrol (please bring back the car with the fuel tank empty as there is no proportional refund for fuel not used)
* Local deliveries (on request with additional charge and only during office hours)
* Baby seats / booster seats: 18 EUR per rental
* 2nd additional driver(s): 18 EUR per rental
* Out-of-office hour pick up: € 18,00 per car. Offices are closed on the following hours:

- Málaga airport: 00.01h - 08.00h

- Gibraltar, Jerez, Sevilla & Granada airport: 21.00h - 08.00h

- One way charge (between any office of the provider: 18 EUR per car
- Tow-away service due to client´s negligence, traffic fines, damages to tyres, rims, clutch and underneath of the vehicle, lost or broken keys and all costs involved, error of fuel and all costs involved

Insurance excess

Insurance excess is refundable when the rental car is returned without damage. The insurance excess varies per car type and should be settled upon pick-up with a creditcard. The client has the option to waive the excess by paying the corresponding supplement per day (non-refundable):

Other conditions

* Driver's minimum age is 21 years and he/she must be holding a currant driving licence since at least 1 year.

* From group F inclusive, all reservations “on request” and therefore may not be available on a last minute base
* The pick up date and time and the drop-off date and time, determine the price for the whole rental period. If the drop-off time exceeds the pick-up time by three hours, an extra day will be charged. It is not possible to charge per hours of half days.

* A credit card will be required when picking up the vehicle to guarantee the drop-off of the car and insurance excess (please note that American Express cards are not accepted)

* Vehicles are not allowed to be driven out of the Penisula
